2nd Knitting Disaster of 2006

This one was not my fault. I don't know how you can create a ball that is incredibly tangled, but somehow that happened. I just couldn't get it untangled. After an hour I hung it up and called customer service. Knitpicks is sending me a fresh ball so I can try again. I just love yarn places with really nice customer service. After an hour of trying to untangle it, it's possible that I was unhinged and blabbering incoherently. All I know is my new yarn is on the way.
